Cracovia Is a Hotel in the city of Krakow were the owners used to frequent in their honeymoon times back 25 years ago. Lester Rodzen, a real estate guru and editor in chief of echa Kolorado (monthly polish newspaper that as been published for over 6 years by the Rodzens at no cost for the readers) and Maria Rodzen his wife and executive chef of the newly opened establishment.
Matteo Mazzullo-Revel restaurant manager,worked his way up in the restaurant buisiness for over 15 years now, working around the world in the most exclusive fine dining restaurants and hotels. He was hired by the Rodzens as the general manager right before opening to join them in running the first real Polish upscaled restaurant. Alan Rodzen, son of Lester and Maria is just graduading as construction project manager and works at the restaurant's Bar. Jackie Rodzen, the youngest daughther, still in high school, works as a waitress. The restaurant is family ran, has great atmosphere and the best polish food by far in Colorado. Lester and Maria cook everything from scratch with fresh ingredient assurings only best quality food. The restaurant offers Catering events in the restaurant, in private homes and for companies in the Denver area. Fridays and Saturdays at Cracovia are our dance nights, offering two live singing musicians and a dance floor. Signature dishes include : Homemade Pierogis, homemade Kielbasa sausage, cabbage rolls and the incredible tasting "Lester's homemade mustard", that the restaurant is ready to market because of its demand from its custuomers.
