Once a month, Chopin Restaurant would like to introduce you to a Polish cuisine. Enjoy a delicious menu of only Polish food.

Try our all-you-can-eat buffet with homemade foods such as kielbasa, pierogi, golabki (stuffed cabbage) and lots more. Every item on the buffet comes from the family recipes made by OUR family. Along with visiting Vermont, you can get a taste of Poland.
