In addition to fresh pierogies, blitzes, and potato pancakes made from scratch on the premises, Baltyk also imports a large selection of Polish meats, cheeses and cold cuts, breads from bakeries in Brooklyn and Boston, and a number of other Polish specialty items, even Polish newspapers and magazines.
